Introduction to Gharb 1 Factory
Padideh Shimi Gharb is one of the successful subsidiaries of Padideh Shimi Paydar Holding and a proud member of Golrang Industrial Group. The company’s first manufacturing site, Gharb 1 Factory, was established in 2012 in Eshtehard Industrial Town. Over the past decade, the Gharb 1 facility has become a prominent player in the production of high-quality raw materials and intermediates for a wide range of industries, including detergent, cosmetics and hygiene, pharmaceutical, oil, gas and petrochemicals, and polymers, with a strong commitment to quality and consistent expansion of production capacity.
The factory began operations with a focus on sulfonation products, launching with an initial capacity of 16,500 tons to meet the growing demands of the detergent industry. In its second development phase, the site expanded to include the production of laundry detergent powders, with an annual capacity of 50,000 tons. Thanks to the use of modern equipment and strict quality standards, both sulfonation and powder products have attracted major clients in the industry.
One of the factory’s outstanding strengths is its well-equipped, ISO/IEC 17025-accredited laboratory. Recognized by national authorities as a standard reference laboratory, it offers a wide range of analytical tests.
Other notable strengths of Gharb 1 Factory include the adoption of advanced technology, application of the latest scientific knowledge, and recruitment of expert professionals. With more than 200 active personnel across various departments such as technical, packaging, spray drying tower, production and quality control, and laboratory, this site continues to deliver high-quality products to its clients.
